We can create a customized solution to resolve time and productivity issues—whether or not you have physical clutter in your space.

Will this cost a lot of money?
We charge a fair rate (either hourly or by the project) based on your specific needs.  When you factor how much stress relief and more free time you will gain, Professional Organizing is a real bargain!

Will I have to throw away most of my stuff?
No, of course not.  We will work with you to determine what you need to keep based on what you use, what you love, and what you want. 

Do you work with me or without me?
It is possible to work without the client, but most prefer to be part of the process.  We can’t decide what’s important for you to keep, nor completely create a new system of organization without input from you.

What if I’m embarrassed for a stranger to see my mess?
First of all, we’ve seen it all and Professional Organizers do not pass judgment—we only want to help you get to a better place in your life.  As a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers, we are bound by their Code of Ethics, which includes confidentiality as well as a true desire to help clients.

How long will it take to get me organized?
This will depend on several factors:  how long you can work without disruption/distractions, how much time you can devote to the project, how quickly you can make decisions, how well you follow up on assignments, how large the space is and the volume of items, and how long the disorganization has been going on and why.  We can give you an estimate during your initial assessment based on our experience, but please keep these factors in mind.

Will everything be perfect when we’re done?
Organization is a continuing process—many clients continue to work with a Professional Organizer for maintenance and to continue tweaking systems as their lives and priorities change.  And being organized does not mean that your space will be completely neat and perfect—just organized to better suit your personal goals and needs.
